Caterers need a supplier who answers the phone, delivers on time and does not substitute poor stock at the last minute. We work with caterers on a per-event or monthly basis.
What caterers get
- One quotation per event, or a standing rate card that we update with market prices.
- Grading on request — uniform potato size for dum aloo, firm tomatoes for salad counters, tight cauliflower for gobi dishes.
- Early-morning delivery to the venue kitchen, with a packing list to check against.

Payment
An advance confirms each event booking; the balance is due on delivery unless we have agreed other terms in writing.
