Leafy Greens
Leafy greens are picked and delivered quickly because they wilt fast. Most are at their best in winter. They are sold by the bunch; we mention the approximate bunch weight on each item. Wash greens well in several changes of water before cooking.
Frequently asked questions
How long do leafy greens stay fresh?
Most greens keep 2–3 days in the fridge wrapped in a dry cloth or paper towel. Coriander and mint can last about a week if kept dry in an airtight box.
