What we collect

• Orders: your name, mobile number, delivery address, optional email and order details — needed to deliver your order.
• Accounts: your login details (passwords are stored only in hashed form) and saved address.
• Bulk enquiries and messages: the details you type into our forms.
• Location: only if you tap "Use my location", to check whether we deliver to you. It is stored with your order or enquiry, not tracked.
• Site usage: a session cookie that keeps your cart working, and an anonymous log of pages and shopping steps (no names or contact details) that tells us which pages help customers.

Analytics and advertising cookies

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are loaded only if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We never send your name, phone number, address or payment details to these services.

Who we share data with

Only with people and services who need it to fulfil your order (for example our delivery staff) or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Marketing messages

We send offers or cart reminders on WhatsApp/SMS only if you opted in. You can opt out in your account or by replying STOP.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept as long as required for accounts and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any data we are not legally required to keep.
