About avocado
Our avocados are mostly imported Hass and Indian butter fruit. They are delivered firm-ripe, so they are ready in 1–3 days at room temperature. A ripe avocado gives slightly when gently pressed near the stem.
How we pick it
We pick unblemished avocados that are heavy for their size, with no sunken or cracked patches.
How to store it
Ripen at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2–3 days. Squeeze lemon on cut halves and wrap tightly.
