About custard apple
Custard apple is only in season for a few months after the monsoon. The creamy white flesh is very sweet and is eaten with a spoon or used for sitaphal rabdi and shakes. We send fruit that will be ready to eat in a day or two.
A kilo is usually four to five fruits.
How we pick it
We choose custard apples with pale green skin and slightly separated segments, without black patches or cracks.
How to store it
Keep at room temperature until the fruit gives easily when pressed, then eat the same day or refrigerate for 1 day.
