About litchi
Litchis have a very short season in May and June. The rosy-red shell hides sweet, juicy, translucent flesh with a floral fragrance. They lose freshness fast, so we only stock them in season.

How we pick it
We pick bunches with bright red to pink shells, fresh stems and no brown, cracked or leaking fruit.
How to store it
Refrigerate in a perforated bag and eat within 3–4 days; the shells brown quickly at room temperature.
