About mango
Mango season runs from April to July. It opens with Safeda and Alphonso, followed by Dasheri and Langra in June and Chausa in July. We list the variety in stock each day; ripe mangoes smell sweet at the stem and give gently when pressed.

How we pick it
We choose naturally ripened mangoes with a sweet smell at the stem, free from black patches, wrinkles or sap burns.
How to store it
Ripen at room temperature, then refrigerate and eat within 2–3 days. Soak mangoes in water for 30 minutes before eating.
