About orange
In winter we stock Nagpur oranges and Kinnow, both easy to peel and full of juice. Kinnow is sweeter with more juice and is ideal for fresh juice; Nagpur oranges have a brighter tang.
A kilo of oranges gives roughly 400–500 ml of fresh juice.
How we pick it
We choose oranges that are heavy for their size, with bright, slightly glossy skin and no soft or mouldy patches.
How to store it
Keep at room temperature for 3–4 days or in the fridge for up to two weeks. Juice them fresh; the juice turns bitter if kept for long.
