About peach
Peaches are in season from May to July. A ripe peach smells sweet, has a deep yellow background colour under the blush and gives slightly when pressed. They bruise easily, so we pack them carefully in a single layer.

How we pick it
We choose fragrant peaches with no green background colour, bruises or wrinkled skin.
How to store it
Ripen at room temperature stem-down, then refrigerate and eat within 2–3 days.
