About pomegranate
Our pomegranates are the bright red Bhagwa variety, with soft seeds and deep red, sweet arils. Heavy fruit has the most juice. The skin may have small marks from the field; this does not affect the fruit inside.
A kilo is usually three to four pomegranates.
How we pick it
We pick heavy, firm fruit with deep red skin and a slightly angular shape, and reject cracked or soft ones.
How to store it
Whole pomegranates keep at room temperature for a week or in the fridge for 3–4 weeks. Store separated arils in an airtight box in the fridge for up to 5 days.
