About lemon
These are thin-skinned, juicy kagzi lemons. A good lemon feels heavy for its size and gives slightly when squeezed. Use them for nimbu pani, over dal and salads, in pickles and for marinades.
Roll a lemon firmly on the counter before cutting to get more juice.
How we pick it
We choose heavy, smooth, bright lemons and remove hard, dry or mouldy ones.
How to store it
Keep at room temperature for a few days, or refrigerate in a sealed bag for up to three weeks.
